Hello. I grew up in a little village just outside Guildford before returning here many years later to raise my family and practice as a sleep consultant in Guildford.

In between leaving school in Guildford and returning with a young family, I attended Bath University and then lived in London where I had a successful career in Travel and Media.

I have always loved the Surrey Hills and felt a strong calling to helping other families and their children to get the quality sleep that you all deserve. I am a Level 6 OCN qualified Sleep Consultant.

Having grown up and attended school in and around Guildford, my life has now gone full-circle having returned to Guildford to run my Sleep Consultant practice and to raise my own family here. As a certified Holistic Sleep Coach, helping other families to get the sleep they deserve is one of the most rewarding things imaginable.
