Philosophy
When you choose a sleep consultant to help with your child’s sleep, it’s important that you choose a consultant that shares your outlook and values.
I look at the whole child and take a ‘holistic’ approach. By holistic, I mean that I take everything into account, as opposed to trying to get quick wins that can often unravel. I take a consultative approach that focuses on medium/long-term benefits without using cry it out methods. I am there to offer you insight, guidance and support. I consider diet, routine, environment and everything else that impacts your child, and then combine it with my expert training to come up with a bespoke plan for you and your family.
I will be your educator on sleep, giving you tools and information to make changes that are right for your family.
