Hello. Thanks for coming to find out more about me! I'm an OCN Level 6 sleep consultant working in Esher and I really look forward to helping you and your family with sleep.
I was born and grew up in Surrey before heading to Bath University and then on to London where I had a successful career in Travel and Media.

After my second Daughter was born in West London, my Husband and I decided to move back to Surrey to bring them up in beautiful surroundings. I've 'been there, done that' with my two girls, and am also trained in Perinatal Mental Health, as well as a sleep consultant. I look forward to helping you and your family get the sleep you deserve.

Having grown up close to Esher, before moving to West London and now back to Surrey, I am often recommended as a Sleep Consultant by other families in Esher. Do I only cover Esher?
