Service Description

This is an email-only consultation. After receiving payment I'll send you a sleep diary to complete covering a 5-day period. I'll then analyse the diary and send you a bespoke comprehensive plan for you and your family. You will be asked to choose an appointment time but this is purely part of the booking process so please choose one but ignore the time. I'll send you the sleep diary once I've viewed your booking within 5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday). Please note this is not suitable for more complex cases as it does not include a call.
