Service Description

Once you've booked my 1hr consultation package I'll send you a sleep diary for you to complete. This will cover a 3-day period and allow me to study your particular circumstances. We'll then have an in-depth 60min call on Zoom where we'll discuss your child in detail and you can ask any questions, I'll then follow-up after the call by sending you a bespoke sleep plan for your family.
